Het fonds heeft als doel om activiteiten te ondersteunen en te stimuleren op het gebied van welzijn voor jongeren tot drieëntwintig jaar in de regio Zuid Limburg. Hierbij ligt de focus met name op kwetsbare jongeren en hun omgeving. Het fonds financiert projecten en initiatieven die direct of indirect verband houden met het bevorderen van het welzijn van deze doelgroep, in de breedste zin van het woord.
