About the organization

De doelstellingen en doelen van de Culturele Stichting Gemeente Brummen zijn het bevorderen, initiëren en faciliteren van non-profitactiviteiten op het gebied van cultuur binnen de gemeentegrenzen van Brummen. Deze stichting ontvangt subsidie van de gemeente om het culturele leven te stimuleren. Daarnaast organiseert de stichting om de twee jaar de voordracht van de Culturele Prijs. De verschillende werkgroepen van de Culturele Stichting verzorgen jaarlijks concerten, (literaire) lezingen, filmvoorstellingen, kindervoorstellingen, enzovoort.
