Together with forward-thinking Funders, we translate the potential of AI into practical applications for the assessment and decision-making process. With careful attention to policy, governance and ethics.
Pre-advice
Based on previous grants and policy frameworks, the model analyses new applications and generates a pre-advice. It assesses whether an application aligns with the fund's vision, mission and strategy, compares it to historical decisions, and highlights notable deviations or points for attention. This supports the initial screening, makes discrepancies visible at an earlier stage, and helps prepare applications more effectively for in-depth review as an additional tool within the assessment process. The final analysis and decision-making always remain human.
Risk and Improvement Insights
Drawing on the experience of your own fund as well as insights from other funds, the model identifies areas for attention within projects and organisations. This may relate to financial feasibility, operational capacity, governance, or opportunities to strengthen impact. Not as a list of risks, but as opportunities: what can be addressed before the project begins to increase its chances of success? This enables targeted feedback and actively leverages the collective knowledge of funds to strengthen initiatives so that each project does not have to reinvent the wheel.
