The FindNFund Platform is an online meeting and collaboration environment that connects charitable organisations and social initiatives ("Finders") with professional donors and foundations ("Funders"). Finders and Funders together are Members of the Platform.

You can access our Platform via our website: findnfund.com and other findnfund.com extensions. The use of the Platform, the Website and related services are jointly referred to as our Services.

After the above retention period(s) have expired, we may retain certain Personal Data where necessary to comply with legal retention obligations and/or to investigate fraud or misuse, or to substantiate a (legal) claim. In such cases, we will store the Personal Data separately and only use it for the purposes stated above.

7. Do we share your Personal Data with others?

Processors We use third parties ("Processors") that support us in providing our Services. In that context, these Processors receive Personal Data from us and process it on our behalf. For example, we use Processors to build and optimise our Website and Platform, to send our newsletters, and to host our data.

Our Processors may only use or disclose the data we provide to them in accordance with our instructions, and never for their own purposes. We enter into a data processing agreement with all of our Processors.
