About the organization

Het doel van het fonds is het bieden van materiële en financiële hulp aan inwoners van Zandvoort in bijzondere omstandigheden. Het fonds financiert hulp voor mensen die op of onder bijstandsniveau leven en die dringende (financiële) problemen hebben die zij zelf niet kunnen oplossen. Dit kan bijvoorbeeld het betalen van een kapotte koelkast zijn, het bijdragen aan sportclublidmaatschap voor kinderen, medische kosten of een schoolreisje. Het fonds wordt gefinancierd met geld uit de nalatenschap van de gebroeders Paul en Max Schuhmacher.
