Het genereren van (financiële) middelen ter bevordering van het algemeen welzijn van mensen, het stimuleren van onderzoek en ontwikkeling in theorie en praktijk op het gebied van sociale innovatie, sociale cohesie en participatie, alsmede het bevorderen van de leefbaarheid van de samenleving door het ondersteunen van samenwerking, daarbij gebruikmakend van de sociocratische kringorganisatiemethode (of dat willen leren).

De wereld geschikt maken voor de komende tijd, waarin ethische keuzes en besluiten worden genomen over de toekomst van ons samen leven. Samen leven in deze tijd vraagt om samen besluiten niet autoritair of democratisch, maar sociocratisch.
