Objectives

Het bevorderen van culturele belangen in Rotterdam en omgeving, met een voorkeur voor kleinschalige projecten in cultuur en kunst (theater, muziek, literair, etc.) met speciale aandacht voor filosofie. Aanvragende organisatie dient een goed onderbouwd voorstel neer te leggen, waaruit ten minste blijkt (1) omschrijving project, (2) bestaan van aanvragende rechtspersoon (uittreksel KvK, statuten), (3) financiële onderbouwing project, met dekkingsplan. Gegeven de doelstelling, verleent de stichting geen financiële bijdragen aan commerciële organisaties, sportverenigingen of kerkelijke instellingen, evenmin uitgaven ten behoeve van studiebeurzen, proefschriften of schuldsaneringen. Bij de beoordeling van een aanvraag wordt in overweging genomen de mate waarin een project als bijzonder of uniek kan worden aangemerkt. Geen jaarlijks terugkerende ondersteuning of aanvragen van een individu.

Een aanvraag dient uiterlijk drie maanden voordat een activiteit start te zijn ingediend. De aanvraag wordt besproken tijdens een bestuursvergadering. Het bestuur vergadert acht keer per jaar.

U ontvangt schrifelijk bericht over het besluit op de aanvraag. Het toegewezen bedrag wordt in beginsel na uitvoering van de activiteit uitgekeerd, nadat wij een (financiële) eindverantwoording van de activiteit hebben ontvangen.

About the organization

Per 1 juli 2015 heeft Stichting H.M.A. Schadee-fonds (het ”Schadee-fonds”) al haar activiteiten en haar volledige vermogen overgedragen aan Stichting Bevordering van Volkskracht te Rotterdam (”Volkskracht”). Het bestuur van het Schadee-fonds is ervan overtuigd dat op deze wijze de doelstelling van het Schadee-fonds op de lange termijn het beste gediend zal worden. Volkskracht zal de activiteiten binnen de doelstelling van het Schadee-fonds, die geheel past binnen die van Volkskracht, voortzetten onder de naam “H.M.A. Schadee-fonds”. Volkskracht zal alle op naam van het Schadee-fonds ingediende en/of in te dienen aanvragen afhandelen. Ook Volkskracht-aanvragen, welke binnen de doelstelling van het Schadee-fonds vallen, kunnen ten laste van het “H.M.A. Schadee-fonds” toegewezen worden. Beperkingen: Aanvragende organisatie dient een goed onderbouwd voorstel neer te leggen, waaruit ten minste blijkt (1) omschrijving project, (2) bestaan van aanvragende rechtspersoon (uittreksel KvK, statuten), (3) financiële onderbouwing project, met dekkingsplan.
