About the organization

Het doel van de Insinger Stichting is om protestantse kerken, verenigingen en stichtingen te steunen, met een specifieke voorkeur voor kerkelijke en pastorale projecten. De stichting is opgericht in 1913 en heeft haar zetel in Rhenen. Ze bevorderen en ondersteunen godsdienstige en liefdadige instellingen die in Nederland of de voormalige Nederlandse koloniën gevestigd zijn. Ze geven voorrang aan instellingen die gebaseerd zijn op het Christelijk Protestants beginsel. Het jaarlijkse subsidiebudget bedraagt ongeveer € 1.000.000. Giften kunnen verstrekt worden aan kerken, verenigingen, stichtingen en organisaties met een protestants-christelijke signatuur.
