De doelstelling van het fonds is om kinderen en jongeren met lichamelijke, verstandelijke of sociaal-maatschappelijke beperkingen financieel te ondersteunen, zodat zij de mogelijkheid hebben om zich verder te ontwikkelen en hun talenten te ontplooien. Het fonds richt zich op jonge mensen die niet de financiële middelen hebben om deze kansen te benutten vanuit hun thuissituatie. Het fonds, genaamd Stichting Jeugdfonds Sabrina, zet zich in voor de ontplooiing van jonge mensen die belemmerd worden in hun ontwikkeling door een beperking op fysiek, verstandelijk of sociaal-maatschappelijk terrein.
