De Joannes Bosco Stichting heeft als doel om jongeren in de regio Brabant te ondersteunen en een duurzaam verschil te maken. Ze financieren projecten die gericht zijn op de ontwikkeling van jongeren in Brabant die zich in een minder gemakkelijke situatie bevinden en een steuntje in de rug kunnen gebruiken. Daarnaast heeft de stichting ook als doel om cultureel erfgoed te beschermen, met name het erfgoed dat ze uit hun eigen geschiedenis hebben verworven, zoals het Landgoed Huize Bergen in Vught.
