De doelstellingen en doelen van dit fonds zijn om theater toegankelijk te maken voor zoveel mogelijk mensen. Ze streven ernaar de theatersector te versterken, initiatieven te ondersteunen om het aanbod te verrijken en te zorgen voor collectieve promotie van theater, onder andere via grote nationale evenementen. Ze willen het gevoel van theater overbrengen, hun passie uitdragen, met veel enthousiasme en plezier. Het fonds financiert initiatieven die bijdragen aan deze doelstellingen en doelen, zoals het Nationaal Theaterweekend dat theaterbezoeken laagdrempelig maakt.
