About the organization

Het NWB Fonds heeft als doel bij te dragen aan de verbetering van waterbeheer wereldwijd. Ze willen zorgen voor voldoende en schoon water in een omgeving die beschermd is tegen overstromingen. Het fonds richt zich op specifieke onderdelen van waterbeheer, zoals duurzame organisatie van waterbeheer rondom infrastructuur. Ze werken samen met de Nederlandse waterschappen, die wereldwijd bekend staan als een duurzaam model waar veel van te leren valt. Het NWB Fonds wil de internationale samenwerking van de Nederlandse waterschappen verder ontwikkelen en versterken om zo samen met hun partners resultaten en impact te kunnen realiseren.
