Het doel van het fonds is om algemeen maatschappelijk belang te ondersteunen door het financieren van (kleinschalige) projecten in en rond Elburg. Het fonds richt zich op het verlenen van financiële steun aan goede doelen en liefdadigheidsinstellingen die zich inzetten voor de gemeenschap van Elburg. Deze projecten kunnen gericht zijn op verschillende gebieden, zoals gezondheid, educatie, armoedebestrijding, cultuur, sport en sociale inclusie.
