Het leveren van een maatschappelijke meerwaarde aan de stad Rotterdam. Deze meerwaarde bestaat enerzijds uit de ontwikkeling en uitvoering van eigen projecten door de Stichting en anderzijds het geven van bijstand, al dan niet financieel, aan projecten van instellingen. Beslissing doorlooptijd Het Stichtingsbestuur komt één keer per 4 weken bij elkaar. In deze vergadering worden de aankomende projecten, de financiële situatie, subsidieaanvragen en zelf te ontwikkelen projecten besproken. Vakantieperiodes zijn hierbij een uitzondering Onze focus voor subsidieaanvragen is gebaseerd op onze vier pijlers: jeugd, gehandicapten, cultuur en Rotterdam.

About the organization

Stichting BeSt (Betrokken Student ) is in 2014 opgericht als initiatief van het Rotterdamsch Studenten Corps / Rotterdamsche Vrouwelijke Studentenvereeniging. Stichting BeSt zet zich in voor kinderen, ouderen, gehandicapten en daklozen in Rotterdam door het organiseren van activiteiten en een financiële bijdrage te leveren aan projecten die zijn opgezet voor deze groepen. Op deze manier draagt Stichting BeSt zijn steentje bij aan de stad Rotterdam en haar inwoners.
