About the organization

Het doel van het fonds is om jeugd en jongeren te ondersteunen in Amsterdam en omgeving die zich in achterstandsituaties bevinden. Ze financieren voornamelijk opbouw- en welzijnswerk, zoals aanvullende trainingen, vorming en/of onderwijs. Het is belangrijk dat de projecten zowel gericht zijn op de jeugd als op onderwijs/vorming/educatie en dat het herkenbaar is dat deze combinatie aanwezig is. Daarnaast financieren ze ook (katholiek) levensbeschouwelijke projecten gericht op jongeren, zowel binnen als buiten Amsterdam, maar met een bredere en/of landelijke uitstraling. Het fonds is specifiek gericht op het stimuleren van onderwijs en vorming van jeugd en jongeren in Amsterdam.
