Meet Eleven Floawers, our new partner Funder that stimulates innovative projects on the (care) farm!
Family as a stable foundation
Eleven Floawers Foundation is a family fund, founded by Paul and Mineke Baan. Eleven Floawers wants to inspire the development and implementation of initiatives that contribute to strong families in an inclusive society. They long for a society in which we care together, work together and live together.
Unfortunately, not all families can provide that safe foundation. Due to poverty, illness or other vulnerabilities, some become excluded. Eleven Floawers wants to help precisely these families find their place in society again, increase their resilience and offer them perspective again.
Focus on initiatives that combine agriculture and care
Initiatives that combine agriculture and care have their special attention. Eleven Floawers Foundation wants to contribute to innovative projects that invest in families. So that every child can participate again. They believe in the healing power of the green environment and therefore stimulate projects of (youth) care farmers that focus on prevention or outflow from youth care.

Why (Youth) care on the care farm?
On care farms, people find peace, personal attention and space for reflection, combined with outdoor activities. This promotes a healthier lifestyle, reduces behavioral problems in young people and provides structure and recovery. Green contributes to well-being.
What kind of initiatives suit you?
"We are committed to those care farmers who think differently, do things differently or want to do things differently and are looking for routes and opportunities to realize that. In short: we are looking for headstrong (care) farmers with courage and vision.
We focus on prevention, so that it can be prevented that young people drop out completely (at home or at school). And also on outflow, so that young people who (temporarily) need support can return to their own family that is strong enough to be there for these children with a backpack. We also stimulate outflow of (young) adults to a suitable and meaningful work environment."
